SCRAPBOOK intervene the everyday cooking from an innovative perspective. It’s through design and creativity to transform the meaning of food and re-develop the common values about food waste. Scraps are the “heads” and “tails” produced during the cooking process which most of them are edible. We just need to be creative with them as they only become waste at the moment you decide to toss them.
